PHOTOCOLLAGELAB
Terms of Service
Effective July 29, 2026
These terms govern access to PhotoCollageLab and the creation and purchase of digital photo-collage files.
1. Using the service
You must use PhotoCollageLab lawfully and may upload only photographs, names, text and other material that you own or are authorised to use. You remain responsible for your content and for obtaining consent from people shown in it.
You may not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass access controls, copy template source files, or use the service to distribute malicious or unlawful material.
2. Projects and local storage
The editor currently processes project photos in your browser and may store a working copy on your device for up to five days. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing devices or technical failure may remove that copy. Keep your own originals.
3. Digital products and payment
PhotoCollageLab supplies digital files rather than physical prints unless a separate written offer says otherwise. Product size, format and price are shown before checkout. A purchase is complete only after the payment provider confirms payment.
When paid downloads are activated, the order email and download page will state the applicable availability period. Download links are personal and must not be publicly shared.
4. Refunds and corrections
Because digital files can be delivered immediately, completed downloads are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the supplied file is defective or materially different from the order. Contact support promptly with the order email and a description of the issue.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your uploaded content. PhotoCollageLab retains rights in its branding, software, layouts, template previews, graphics and original design elements. A purchase grants a personal licence to use the resulting collage; it does not transfer the template or software.
6. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every device, browser or printing provider will produce identical results. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms for security, legal or product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
