PHOTOCOLLAGELAB
Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
This policy explains what PhotoCollageLab processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information you provide
This may include uploaded photos, collage text, email addresses entered for delivery or collaboration, support messages and order details. Do not upload sensitive content that is unnecessary for your collage.
2. Local photo processing
The current editor creates working previews and stores project photos locally in your browser using device storage. They are not intentionally uploaded to a PhotoCollageLab server by the editor. Local project data is designed to expire after five days, but you can remove it sooner by deleting photos or clearing site data in your browser.
3. Service and payment data
Hosting infrastructure may process IP address, approximate country, browser information, request time and security events to deliver and protect the site. For paid orders, PhotoCollageLab may retain these checkout records together with payment-provider order, capture, payer and dispute identifiers, payment status, delivery-email status and download history for fulfilment, fraud prevention, chargeback evidence and legal compliance. The selected payment provider processes payment credentials under its own privacy policy; PhotoCollageLab does not receive the buyer’s full card or bank credentials.
4. How information is used
We use information to operate the editor, fulfil digital orders, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and sharing
Local drafts are intended to remain available for five days. Order records and support correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, payment, email delivery or legal compliance.
6. Your choices
You may delete local project photos in the editor or clear PhotoCollageLab site data in browser settings. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of server-side personal data, subject to identity verification and legal retention duties.
7. Children and international use
The service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services. A parent or guardian should manage uploads involving children. Service providers may process data in countries other than yours with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
