PHOTOCOLLAGELAB
Copyright Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
PhotoCollageLab respects creators’ rights and expects users to do the same.
1. Your uploads
You keep ownership of photographs and text you upload. By using the editor, you give PhotoCollageLab only the limited permission needed to process, display and deliver your collage. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
2. PhotoCollageLab materials
The PhotoCollageLab name, interface, code, template previews, layouts, graphics and original design assets are protected by copyright and other laws. They may not be extracted, republished, resold, used to train competing systems, or incorporated into another template service without written permission.
3. Reporting infringement
A copyright notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
Send complete notices to the support address below with the subject “Copyright Notice”. We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a valid notice and may request further evidence.
4. Counter-notices and repeat abuse
If your material was removed in error, contact us with identification of the removed material, the basis for your objection and your contact details. Accounts or access associated with repeated, credible infringement may be restricted or terminated.
